where creative minds can interact

I used to own some birds. I had two at the time of this "star" sighting. Birds are prone to getting colds. My cockatiel Turkey ,named so due to being hatched on Thanksgiving,. was looking under the weather. I called the vet at The Cat Hospital ( I know! it sounds crazy) and he said to bring Turkey in. So I boxed the bird up and handed the box to my daughter and away we went to the vet. We are greeted as usual by cats purring on our leg and a friendly receptionist taking our info. I alway love the way they add our last name to the pets name but I digress.. So, anywho, I sit down and a woman comes in with her cat and her daughter. She looks really familiar but since I lived in a fairly small circle I figured it was one of the moms I met in passing throughout the years. She plops down next to me after checking in her kitten. and we start chatting . She tells me that she found the cat at her daughters dorm at Immaculata College. I go on to tell her that I used to work there and there are tons of strays near where they were doing construction. All the time I keep thinking I know this person. She finaly says I'm sorry let me introduce myself I am Susan Richardson. Just then it dawns on me. OH! From Eight id Enough. I told her that I kept racking my brains trying to figure out which mother you were because I didn't recognize your daughter. She then said to me "You are way to young to remember me from that".. Bless her little heart.

I know she is from PA. At the time her daughter was a student at Immaculata . I think she was a freshman then because she looked pretty young. My guess is while looking for vets for the kitten The Cat Hospital would pop out at you. LOL. That's in West Chester . I used to live there before we bought the house.
