I am grateful for this website as facebook is doing who knows what to my account since sometime yesterday and I can't get on it..wondered how many of you were doing after the power outages...

good to see some of you are warm one way or the other

i'm really worried about you guys with no power. i had no heat for two days last winter and it was beyond cold. how much does a generator cost, rita?

Grateful for the little things we take for granted.  Grateful for a library where I can sit, warm & cozy, and use the internet.  Grateful for the strength and courage to make it through the tough times.

i'm grateful you feel better too, maryrose! i've been concerned. and yay you, rita for cleaning out your garden. and maryanne, i love reading the gratitudes too! i'm grateful for so much today. little things make a big difference in my day. the fed ex guy is so nice. little things like that are so big. i like joking around with him. i like the friendly contact with regular folks and hearing about their lives. i'm grateful michael moore is fighting so hard for people who are struggling. i saw him on pierz morgan. i appreciate the heart he puts into his work. i'm grateful for the crisp fall air. i'm grateful for a good shower...so many people in the world don't even have water much less a clean foreful shower. i'm grateful that i'm surrounded by books and instruments for creativity. i have everything i need to be inspired and to create. i'm grateful for the wisdom i've accumulated in the years i've lived so far from my own experiences and from those i've been fortunate enough to love and to know. well i could go on.....but i'm grateful for my bed! so good night, you guys!

Grateful for feeling better after a real struggle this fall!  Even more grateful for the wonderful afternoon I spent with my daughter--walking, talking, taking pictures together!  I'm so blest!  She's such a gift!
