Absolutely. Hurray for hospitals and such who now provide patients with music therapists if requested.
Music therapy is real. Music education facilitates learning. Who is not 'getting' this???!!!!

gracey HOW could they cut the funding for the arts when they see stuff like this? all the research shows that studying music expands the brain in so many ways. it should be one of the LAST subjects ever cut!!!

I was transported when I saw Bobby McFerrin live and in person. No, really, I sat down in my seat, the concert started, a word came out of his mouth like a never-before-heard language. I don't think I blinked at all for the next couple of hours. It seemed like it was over in seconds. I wanted more. Amazing man.
