For those of you who aren't aware, I am a romance novelist. A novel concept considering I've been out of the romance/relationship and particularly dating arena for quite a few years. My last first date was actually in 1992. So, after reviewing my first (yet to be published) novel I questioned its authenticity or realistic value. Thought I would share some safety tips sent to me by my step-mother.

1) Tip from Tae Kwon Do: The elbow is the strongest point on your body. If you are close enough to use it, DO.
