I have an affinity for them too, Lisa. I don't know what it is exactly but I find them very beautiful.

i don't know what it is with me and these. probably because my grandfather was a dairy farmer!

Thanks Ericka! I was really lucky to get it. I'd been looking for these cattle for days and then suddenly, on a very rainy day, a friend and I came over a ridge and there they were! I was worried about disturbing the mother but I was able to get the photo pretty quickly and leave her in peace (though I would've loved to stay there with her all day).

they're gorgeous! i'm having trouble sharing them on fb and myspace, maggie. do you have a privacy setting on your photos? they aren't coming up when i go to share them like all the rest of them?...can you check around? thanks!
