"I need a woman bout twice my age
A lady of nobility, gentility and rage
Splendor in the dark, lightning on the draw
Well go right through the book and break each and every law.

I got a feeling and it wont go away, oh no
Just one thing then Ill be ok
I need a miracle every day.

I need a woman bout twice my height
Statuesque, raven-dressed, a goddess of the night.
Her secret incantations, a candle burning blue
Well consult the spirits maybe theyll know what to do.

And its real and it wont go away, oh no
I cant get around and I cant run away
I need a miracle every day."

(I know I've done this)

Look at that face just look at it

Look at that fabulous face of yours

I knew first look I took at it

this was a face that the worlp adores

Look at those eyes as wise &  as deep as the sea

Look at that nose it knows what a nose should be

As for your smile,it's lyrical

Tender & warm as a summer day

Your face is such a miracle

how can I ever find words to say

The way that it makes me happy

whatever the time or place

I find in no book what i find when I

Look at that face (Anthony Newly?)

The first time ever I saw your face
I thought the sun rose in your eyes
And the moon and the stars were the gifts you gave
To the dark and the empty skies my love

The first time ever I kissed your mouth
I felt the earth move through my hand
Like the trembling heart of a captive bird
That was there at my command my love

The first time ever I lay with you
And felt your heart so close to mine
The first time ever I saw your face (roberta flack)

My heart beat like a hammer

Your arms wound around me tight

And Stars fell on Alabama last night(someone obscure...sung by Ella & many others) sorry took extra space

We lived our little drama

We kissed in a field of white

And stars fell on Alabama last night

I can't forget the glamour

Your eyes held a tender light

And stars fell on Alabama last night

I never dreamed in my imagination a situation so heavenly

A fairy tale where no one else can enter

And in the center just you & me dear

the bombs bursting in air

gave proof through the night

that our flag was still there

oh say does that star spangled banner yet wave?

o'er the land of the free and the home of the brave? (natl anthem)

"Starry, starry night.
Paint your palette blue and grey,
Look out on a summer's day,
With eyes that know the darkness in my soul.
Shadows on the hills,
Sketch the trees and the daffodils,
Catch the breeze and the winter chills,
In colors on the snowy linen land.

Now I understand what you tried to say to me,
How you suffered for your sanity,
How you tried to set them free.
They would not listen, they did not know how.
Perhaps they'll listen now"

Sidebar;  I believe that's a Cole Porter tune.

Oh give me land lots of land under starry skies above

Don't fence me in

Let my ride through the wide open country that I love

Don't fence me in

Let me ride through the- where the west commences

Gazin out the moon till we lose our senses

Don't look at- & I can't stand fences

Don't fence me in..(.I have no idea where this is from or how I know it. I let go with terrible results.)

"Desperado, why don't you come to your senses
You've been out ridin' fences,
for so long - now.
Ohh you're a hard one.
I know that you've got your reasons.
These things that are pleasin'you
Can hurt you somehow.

Don't you draw the queen of diamonds boy
She'll beat you if she's able.
You know the queen of hearts is always your best bet.
Now it seems to me, some fine things
Have been laid upon your table.
But you only want the ones
That you can't get.

Desperado,
Ohhhh you aint getting no younger.
Your pain and your hunger,
They're driving you home.
And freedom, ohh freedom.
Well that's just some people talking.
Your prison is walking through this world all alone.

Don't your feet get cold in the winter time?
The sky won't snow and the sun will shine.
It's hard to tell the night time from the day.
And you're losing all your highs and lows
aint it funny how the feeling goes
away...

Desperado,
Why don't you come to your senses?
come down from your fences, open the gate.
It may be rainin', but there's a rainbow above you.
You better let somebody love you.
(let somebody love you)
You better let somebody love you...ohhh..hooo
before it's too..oooo.. late."
