where creative minds can interact

I was greatly cheered by the array of young talent at the Festival this year - a truly talented and vibrant group of young performers including: The Decemberists, the Low Anthem, Chris Kasper, Dante Bucci and Angella Irwin. The wonderful writer Jack Hardy was there as well, as was Ellis Paul - as fine an artist as may be found! All in all a splendid weekend, despite the mud!

Highlights for me were the Decemberists and the Folk Brothers.

sometimes the best writers are low key. not always, but often. it's so hard to be a performing songwriter who is a great singer, great writer, great showman, great storyteller, and comedian! not to mention great player...

He's a low key performer, but quite interesting, and his songs are wonderful.
