Thanks! I liked all of the shades of blues and gray and the fact that this bird was so solitary. We saw many others like him in groups but this one stood alone. And you're right about the contrast with the stone. There is very little else alive in the photo save the lichens and a couple of isolated sprouts. The whole place freezes over in winter!
