These beautiful flowers/weeds are called Fleabane and this particular example is likely Philadelphia Fleabane because of its white coloring.  The plant can be a trublesome wed if you let it take over, but if you keep just a moderate amount of it around it will attract butterflys and all sorts of pollinators.  It also is a minor skin irritant to some people and will irritate horses if they're around a lot of it.  My vote is to keep some, but not all of it.  Enjoy! :-)

Hooray for beautiful flowering weeds!  I have a yard full of them.  Most herbs are considered weeds and yet are beneficial in so many ways.  If the butterflies like them, I say they'd better stay!

Technically, it's a weed, but they are attracting butterflies, so they are staying!!  :-)
