Kristin- I would be too. There was a chain attached to it also but i was still able to turn it so far. Its in Dockery Lake if you are ever in Dahlonega, Ga. It's really beautiful up there!

Thanks! It was in a random lake in the middle of the North Georgia mountains. Pretty cool.
