The Nest

This shot was taken in early Spring and these osprey were actually scrapping for occupancy of this nest.  They may have been related and returning to old haunts, but as you can see they were throwing some debris around as they were chasing one another around.  These two were part of the four that were present.  The nest itself was located atop the barn in my photo entitled " Shell Barn".  Glad everyone likes this so well.  The poetry flatters me. ;-)
