4th of July Pancake
When my husband makes food for occasions, he is SERIOUS. This is his 4th of July pancake. Three cheers for the strawberries, whipped cream and blueberries -- run them up the pancake flagpole and devour! (Yes, that IS a dinner plate, not a salad-sized one.)
