The movement of the water is the key part of this photo, Maryanne.  The lakeweed is fairly dramatic with it's color, but would be nothing without the flow of the water.

wet and slick! have you ever went rock hopping across a stream and hit a mossy rock? You get to know how cold the water is with a twisted ankle! But, the beauty of the photo to me is the sense of the waters movement as it flows over and around the rocks
