I always love the many different interpretations that I get from my abstracts and it's even better when folks will really look at them in a different light.  Glad you like it, Toby!

I really do have fun with abstract shots like this one.  Actually,the truth is in the titling!  This is a sunlit closeup of the woodgrain  on a door panel.  This was early morning sunlight and it flashed me right in the eye when I noticed it.  Sometimes my photographs sit up and get my attention and then demand to be taken.  I do like it that way. ;-)
