Ahhhh, stories.  Not really, unless you consider the stories the ropes could tell, Lisa!!  Jack and I are probably considered strange birds by some - we were walking the ship and watching things like the men who are in charge of binding us to land...and setting us free again in each port as opposed to lounging around the pool or having drinks in the bar...

Bob, I couldn't begin to tell you how high up we were!  It was a mid-sized ship (MS Noordam - only a couple thousand people compared to the ones that carry more) and we were maybe on the fifth deck?  Let's put it this way - higher than I'd want to fall from - even into water!  <grin>   And yes, that lone blue rope DOES pull you in, doesn't it???

I love abstracts like this, Elle! My favorite part is the single blue rope!  The beautiful simplicity of this photo gives it a nice appeal and the lack of scale tricks your eye.  How high off of the water was this shot taken?
