This is a curl of paper birchbark.  Normally it would be snow white, but the lighting was early and soft.  I love looking at the minutia offered up by nature.  A walk in the woods usually takes me quite awhile.

you eyes are tuned in to minute details of life and the magic found in fleeting moments ... what type of bark reflected this lighting? Curious just because I am :-)
