House of Collection's Conservatory
This is our "Conservatory" room. Formerly known as the library. We changed it's name in consideration of it housing not only books, but also music, the art of friends, family portaraits & the like. It's often used as a social room for intimate conversation at events we host, and often folx are jamming out on a dozen instruments.
The hat collection is from several generations of my family in VA. The Icarus Poster hanging from the cieling is a favorite of mine, Icarus Falling whilst trying to catch bombs falling from a plane blocking the sun.
The room looks alot different now, but I love to keep a running photo-log on how the House of Collection grows & changes over time.

This particular photo was featured as part of spread in the New York Times a couple months back! Super exciting. Tho' the room lookes even nicer now! <3 I will post more photos of the space as time goes on. <3
