He was quite upset about my intrusion into his little glade.  If you look very closely, just an inch or so to his right, you can just see the tail and a little bit of fur of the mouse he had just caught for breakfast.  There are a couple of shots of the owl and the mouse, but they're just a little too graphic for polite company. :-)
