The Gathering
"The Gathering" or "Lucky 13" Mule deer bucks who a few months ago were "enemies" vying for the does. They will soon shed these sets of antlers in order to make room for new ones. For most of the year they will hang together until the testosterone rises again in the fall.....

Thanks, Lisa. I am lucky in that I live in the wildlife park known as the San Luis Valley. This was less than a mile from my home and the "how?" is with a camera ;)
