Nor'easters on any of the Great Lakes can really whip up some impressive waves.  The problem from my point of view is usually how to photograph them safely.  Glad you like it Rita! :-)

This is the waterfront in Milwaukee.  Lake Michigan doesn't usually have storms that give us waves of this magnitude.  It was pretty impressive!

Amazing how much surf you can get on a lake!  Love the misty look!
