Thanks Jodie!  I really enjoy sharing the beautiful scenes that I happen upon.  This one is tranquil but it also tells something of the life of the people in Newfoundland.  Boats like this one, with hand-painted registration numbers, are a very real and functional aspect of life in the region.  Plenty of people there put food on their table fishing in small boats with hand-lines.  For me, it's wonderful to be able to see the art in the everyday.  I'm glad that you enjoyed it too!
