Ram Van Horn in Van Horn, Texas is a derivative artist of van Gogh. I have one of his that is similar to this. Of all the paintings he had, I picked the old creased boots. This is great.

Thanks Gini and Lisa! When I saw these boots I couldn't help but spend quite some time shooting them. This is my favorite shot.

Very warm...I love the colors, the light, the shadows...and especially the subject matter. I've had a lifelong love of boots. Beautiful shot!
