Thank you Jodie ... I love working and playing with gourds. Each is a new experience in that color is never the same from gourd to gourd and neither is texture so what works on one does not always work on another! I am so appreciative for your time ... hugs!

thank you  and I blush :-) I posted on FB awhile back (along with many creative souls) that the first five people to respond would receive a homemade gift from me ... this little gourd  bowl is one of my promises materialized and will soon be living in WA state with an amazing woman.

this is sooooooo beautiful, maryanne!!! i not only love how intricate it is, but i LOVE the design and the colors! i've never seen anything like it. what a fabulous piece of work!!!
