Chicago's Grant Park at it's finest.
I love that city because of their strict ordinances designed to keep the city beautiful.
They have laws there that prohibit the picking of every flower in the city. Anyone caught doing so is charged $1,000.00 as a penalty. No lie.
It certainly keeps the city vibrant and beautiful, and Chicagoans' personalities reflect the beauty of their city.
