Cool log fence on the other side . . . didn't even notice it until now :-) Where was this taken?

Thank you so much Kris and Robert! It is no secret that I am very fond of your photography so I am quiet honored that you enjoy something of mine. I do love the textures and tones as well, I just wish that I had captured the full lintel over the door--this imperfection drives me crazy! Anyway, I do think that you see what I was getting at in this shot and I'm so glad to have been able to share it with you!
I love how the tones follow through to the trees, and it's kindof ironic too that the cabin is made from trees which gives even more meaning to your appropriate name of "passage."

Thank you everyone for your kind words. I am enamored with doors, as you know, but to see so clearly the entrance, the passage, and the scene that awaits on the other side was really compelling for me in this photo! I wonder how old this cabin was and who might have lived or worked there.
