Recent talk of our dads reminded me I'd taken this photo at my sister's using my iPhone and Hipstamatic app. The photo is him during his WWII enlistment; he was 17. The flag is the one that draped his casket when he died at 77.

Thanks! I love the way the Hipstamatic app gives me options for making the old photos look even older. Some day I'll get a program for the computer that lets me play like this.
