Hi. I'm here. I'm a bit of a technophobe and don't know exactly what to do. Also, I've been busy with TG stuff...we always host. I like to share my poetry and read other people's. I'll get to working on how to do that soon. Technophile husband will help.
Thanks Lisa. I will look for it. It sounds very hopeful and interesting. I do know
music, vibration, scenery, energy(electrical, frequency, emotional, physical and
"other worldly") in our environment has been found to have significant impact
on our brain and body chemistry...I have experienced this in many different ways.
Maybe sometime, if you are interested, I will share with you in more detail. The
CDC and groups of reseachers have found the increase in use of technology, cell
phones, etc., has significantly altered environmental frequency in ways that
contribute to illness in many different species...birds, bats, insects, humans, fish
etc... But it is the way of the world now and has increased the capacity to gain
new information, communicate, research, even perform surgery...So, what to do?
I do believe and hope the negatives and positives will weigh each other out in
opening our minds to the humble recognition that species to species, matter to
matter, cell to cell we are all connected----not above, not below, but next to.
Parsley helps to reduce inflammation too. potassium can be good for some people. Believe it or not, they have found coffee to be medicinal for some types
of inflammation, asthma, epilepsy etc... I think it may be a matter of trial and
error and may change according to our chemistry at the time. Hope this was
helpful. Thanks again, Lisa.
Well, if you did cut your own bangs, you did good, as they are truly adorable. And I love the hat....I love to wear hats too...just don't do it too often....too windy down here on the pararie!!! Good to know that there is soneone else besides me that is so multifaceted.....I do prefer that term over something like scatterbrained! Today, I am a writer and chef.....writing a five page report for class, and making up a recipe for turkey meatloaf....so I'm off. Have a good one.
I'm SO out of it! I replied back to the "do not reply" email. What a goober, I am!! LOL
Here's what it said :
"Will it still be there tomorrow? I'd love ot hear it but don't want
to wake Jack up. Thanks for sending it. A fine reminder of an even
finer night!!! I had fun.
So...I finally took some time to look and listen. Yay, Lisa for pointing out the Matthew song. Such a lovely song sung by a very talented man! (And I really need to investigate this sensitive side of Randy Newman - love his more tongue-in-cheek work and was surprised to hear this.) AND thanks to whoever, for finding one of my favorite songs by one of my favorite people (Hard Times by JT). I so wish I could get a decent video of one of my favorite singers doing it for you, though. A Canadian from Glengarry County who has the most incredible voice...
Anyway, I digress - thanks for the perfect start to what I hope will continue to be a good day!! : )
thanks Lisa! I'm just trying to find my way around. I took your advice to make a page and post my upcoming show dates. Love the site and thanks for playing me on Wiffledust radio!
Well, I told them I could only grace them with my presence til friday! The judge just laughed..........but we'll see who's laughin' Sunday....................
I don't think Brigitte Is a member here__but if she is__I sure want to know of it LOL--anyway she is the one who brought me here__as she is an advocate of ''creativity'' (and my paintings :) She is so busy I wish she would sign up---if she has not;__but I do understand she has her plate full already.
HI Lisa..thanks for creating this. I think I might be on here twice. Good friend of Stephen DiJoseph and he thought you might take timet o talk to me about ning template and logistics. I am creating one for www.fsmg.info and my techy helpers have some clear questions I think might take you 7 minutes to answer?! Is there anything you wish it would do that it doesn't?!
Thank you, you are wonderful!
By the way, conversation #2 currently underway and so far, so good.
Also, my gluten free diet is gonna suck some serious toes.
I have been good.. busy but good.. im still alive and kicking, so i guess i cannot complain too much. Its friday and i am trying REAL hard to slack off, but.. its just not working out for me!
Hello. My name is Naomi. I am a mother of 3~my daughter, Katie, will be 20 in March, Josh is 17, and Caleb is 9. I am a pediatric special needs home health nurse. I love art, cooking, knitting...and all kinds of crafts. I love to read. I aspire to write and travel...if not in this life...in the next...or through my friends.
Hey fellow Wiffledust friends; have I told you how wonderful it is to have a new companion in my life; she is a Ragdoll kitty and her name is Bella. She is sooo wonderful and helping me get through a great deal of healing. She is watching me type and very interested in everything here on the computer. I'm in love; go figure :)
Hi Lisa, sorry I've not been on in a while...been busy doing I don't know what!! I honestly wonder at where all the time goes...All going well at the moment, Tony has just started doing a little DIY (at Nicola's house)...it's so good to see him doing what he really enjoys...Hope that all is well with you...
When you wrote I was babysitting my little guys. After that a trip to Target then home for dinner. I've been "puttering" while Jack watches football. : p If it wasn't so late, I'd watch my new movie!! Since I missed it around the holidays, I broke down and bought Love Actually. (I've been looking for it everywhere!!)
Good to hear from you, Kiddo! How'd you like that snow?!? =:O
