 i know alot of you are into celtic music.....one of my favorite singers is cathie ryan. here's one of her's called "I'm Going Back to Ireland"..

I just realized I should have put the link below under the "bands to see live" title.

And I almost forgot about this band. Love their outlook on life and love the singer's voice. This pretty much sums up how I feel today!

If you ever get a chance to see this bad (Rathkeltair), do it! All of the musicians are superb; the 'piper is amazing.

i've always liked mellencamp ALOT. and although he got plenty of fame, i always thought his songs got less critical attention than they deserved.he's a real americana rocker.love his stuff!

Yes, it is, and as usual, it's very much worth downloading. It's not glossy "like "Pink Houses" or "Our Country" - he's been trending in a hard blues/folk/country direction for a couple albums. As usual, he has much to say about life in rural America.
