I met David through my singer/songwriter nephew.  He is an amazing talent and has recently made a movie "Between Notes" that is moving through the independent film festival circuit.  If you get a chance to see it, do!!  It was filmed here in Dallas and I'm hoping it does well so I can see it on the "big screen" some day real soon!!

A friend recently recommended The Black Keys (for some reason I hadn't heard any of their stuff before), and now I'm completely hooked. What a sound! Here are a couple of wonderful examples:
