hi sherry! you commented to yourself (whoops!) but i found it. i'm so glad you're so busy with your music! that's terrific. i'll ask steve about "white collar blues" for sure. oh i am wiffledusting alllll the time. today is about wifflebrew coffee. i'm going to have to see if you will want to try some!? i'm ordering this week. the house brew is named "sunlight" after stephen's song!
Hi Lisa,
Had 3 gigs in a week. Last one will be tomorrow at Whole Foods in Plymouth Meeting. They actually have a wine bar there. It's for a mix and mingle. Maybe I can kill 2 birds with one stone :-).Then I was getting myself fired up to go to a Django Festival out side of Paris calld Samois...until I found out airfare alone was $1200. It was a whirlwind of activity, but I made a few connections in the process. C'est la vie :-)

Thanks for checking in with me.
Besides heart and soul to Wiffledusting,,what are you up to?
diane, we can make a writing group here too. let me think on it. i'm open to ideas too. sherry, you are doing so much. i'm so impressed! glass is so beautiful. there's nothing like the way it reflects light. as for me, i'm painting a tray, and designing some new art for some new wiffledust products. when i get a little extra time, i also like making some dolls. but i haven't done that in awhile. i do that to relax sometimes. i'm also trying to make some time to blog. i wish i could make the day have a few more hours in it!
Working on songs for www.FAWM.org Challenge is to write and produce 14 songs in the month of feb. Also trying to restart writers group. I rewrote my poem into a song. Will put it on my blog.
Other than that, I just started taking a class in lamp work glass making. Very cool. I made a few marbles, and started a flower. Different than glass blowiing. You use a fixed torch amd manipulate glass rods.
And what are you working on?
hi sherry! click on your song list. then do you see the little crayon in the bottom right corner? click on that. there you will see your song. to the right of it there is an x. the x will get rid of the song. then just upload it again.
ok i'm an idiot! i didn't know it was from peter pan! i guess i love it no matter who wrote it. but arranged and sang it in such a great way!!!! fun fun fun!
Glad you liked the song. Oh, that I had written it. It is from Peter Pan!! Of ocurse it was never done as a jazz waltz. I just thouht it was a great feeling for ushering in a new decade. I recorded it a my friend Matt's home studio. We were just doing it for fun, but it turned ou pretty well
oh i love never land, sherry! it's this great mix of jazz and optimism. and that's hard to do. jazz is so often dark. and this is really the perfect mood for the song. i love the words and think you could sell this song publishing wise. such a nice flow too! so glad you got it up here!
