oh you! i'm SO GLAD you came!!! it's just not wiffle without you here! yay! and you make pretty pages too ! LOL! the latest happenings here are that a younger girl named steen posted a short story and a poem on her page and is looking for feedback. denise moser posted a poem and would love feedback. and gilda sue rosentstern is a hilarious character that needs checking out periodically!

Thanks for the recommendations, Lisa! I'll definitely check them out later this week. Prepping for losing some wisdom (teeth that is - OUCH!), but they're on my list. Ooooo, I'm feeling "wifflie" already!! <3

Jersey and I have a love/hate relationship......built a new home in the 90's down in Sicklerville......gorgeous......but the commute to Philly each day for work? UGH! The taxes and car insurance prices? UGH! So, now we're back in Delaware County in a much, much smaller house.....UGH....but 5 minutes from my job, and much more cash to throw around on fun things......so it's a mixed blessing......my mom and sister still live in NJ so it seems like I am there ALOT, but I think, generally, I like being on the PA side of the bridge a bit more......

Yes, the beaches.....we go to Ocean City every summer, love it there, and oh boy I would LOVE to retire there......problem is I probably won't retire till I'm one hundred and twelve......

We live in a place called Uddingston, only about 15 minutes from Glasgow by motorway, we're also only a few minutes away from the famous Bothwell Castle where Mary Queen of Scots stayed for a time...I actually took our granddaughter Rachel to the castle today...she was impressed by the size of it but unimpressed that there was no roof!! LOL...You are right in that Scotland has lots of lovely places to see, Iona is beautiful...we were on holiday on the Isle of Mull in June & spent some time on Iona...the picture on my profile is actually a place called Calgary Bay on the island of Mull...absolutely stunning. We went there for a family holiday, myself & Tony (husband) our son Stephen & his girlfriend Louise, Nicola our daughter, her 2 children Rachel & Connor & Nicola's Siberian Husky Sabaka. Louise is actually from Mull & it was like having our own personal tourist guide! LOL...

Hi Elle, sorry I've not been on for a while...things rather busy here...we're in the middle of renovating our kitchen! Hopefully got fitters coming at the weekend to fit our new worktops...just waiting on their call to say when to expect them. Sorry that it's been a while since I've been in touch but things have been rather busy here...not a lot's to tell really just life in general that makes me wonder where all the time goes!! Our kitchen is more or less finished thank goodness...just a few wee bits for Tony to see to...of course now that he's back into his DIY he's doing some things over at Nicola's house so I guess the kitchen will have to wait! hi elle! i was looking around at how you can see "capitalism, a love story". seems it only costs 8.99 for a month of netflix. that means the movie would be sent right out to you. and when you're done you can keep having another movie as many times as you want that month. if you wanted to continue after that month you could. if not, you can stop. that seems pretty good to me. you certainly don't have to, but i'd love it if you could! i'm going to look and see if there is a promotion somewhere.
